800 ph Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

Effective date: 1 June 2025. These terms apply to all registered users of the 800 ph platform operating under the domain 800ph.net and serving players in the Philippines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the 800 ph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 800 ph. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. 800 ph reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 800 ph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• You must not already hold an active account on the 800 ph platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. 800 ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. 3. Account Security and Responsibility

You must notify 800 ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 800 ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Alldeposits and withdrawals on the 800 ph platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all account balances are maintained in PHP at all times. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. 800 ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the relevant pages of the platform. Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your responsibility and are not covered by 800 ph.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 800 ph offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game types, and expiry periods, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim period and used within the stated validity window. 800 ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension. Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 800 ph platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet or wager. 800 ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed after an event has concluded. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of 800 ph shall be final. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types and are displayed within the platform. 800 ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market, game, or event, and reserves the right to suspend or remove any offering at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming

800 ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. • Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or verification.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 800 ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 800 ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 800 ph. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 800 ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. 800 ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms shall limit 800 ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
